Ryan Layton

Ryan is an accomplished business and technology professional with 20+ years of experience working with C-Level executives within the Fortune 1000 space.
As Co-founder and CEO of Secuvant™, Ryan oversees vision, strategy and execution efforts for the firm.
Prior to Secuvant, Ryan spent 14 years in sales and services at Forsythe Technologies, where he built and managed a client portfolio producing revenues in excess of $40 Million annually. He has a proven track record utilizing his business and financial background to understand and leverage technology to meet business objectives. He further credits his success to his ability to build relationships based on integrity and trust.
Ryan holds a BS degree in Accounting from the University of Utah and an MS degree in Business Information Systems from Utah State University.
Jared Mabey

Jared is currently serving as President and CEO of Lighthouse Business Catalysts, a business consulting firm he founded. Jared’s experience spans work with Fortune 500 as well as mid/lower middle-market companies across more than a dozen industries including tech, cybersecurity, private equity, software, banking, foreign investment consulting, and government.
He serves on multiple boards and he and the companies he has founded have formed boards composed of top executives from over 20 of the Fortune 100 companies including Google, 3M, Amazon, Disney, Oracle, Delta, Boeing as well as Motorola, Deloitte, and PWC.
His work focuses primarily on M&A, turnarounds, and catalyzing the growth of private equity-funded companies and companies looking to exit or acquire growth capital. Jared regularly works in-depth with C-level executives to significantly accelerate the accomplishment of revenue and operational goals.
Jared speaks fluent Spanish and has lived and worked in several countries throughout Southeast Asia and Latin America.
For over 20 years he’s been actively involved in humanitarian aid projects, with a focus on helping individuals lift themselves out of poverty through microenterprise in the U.S., Argentina, Honduras, and the Philippines.
Jared graduated with Honors with a degree in Business and Information Systems from Brigham Young University and holds an MBA from Babson.
Don Ainslie

Don previously served as a senior partner and practice leader of Deloitte & Touche’ enterprise risk and security services. He was Deloitte’s first Global Security Officer and the firm’s first Global Chief Information Security Officer, with accountability over a network of member firms and their affiliates in more than 150 countries and territories. He has deep connections within the US Commercial Sector and Intelligence Community.
Don has built commercial security organizations from the ground-up including Trident Data Systems headcount from 60 to 750+, Aegis Research headcount from six to 450+, Deloitte, his first year, grew revenue by more than 350%, with net earnings of over 900k and headcount by 357%, while maintaining 100% annual growth in following years.
Moreover, Don served over 15 years in the military, intelligence, and defense industries, providing innovative solutions to some of the U.S. government’s most sensitive security programs. He attended numerous Army Officer Schools and is certified Army Airborne, Air Assault, and RANGER. Don holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Lynchburg College, Virginia.
Chris Barker

Chris is a veteran of the global technology and transportation industry with more than 20 years of experience. He is the founder of the technology and transportation consulting firm, CBC, where he has worked with industry companies, cities, and governments around the world to advance new forms of mobility, energy services and city development projects. Chris is currently a transportation/smart cities advisor for the Cities Today Institute helping cities around the world with transportation infrastructure and autonomous surface transportation planning. In 2016, Chris was an advisor to Vulcan on the USDOT Smart City Challenge project and has continued to advance smart city/transportation development projects across the globe. His CBC team has also developed and deployed self-driving car simulators for State DOTs/DMVs, universities, museums and other public facilities – to teach the public about self-driving vehicles.
Chris was previously the Vice President of New Mobility at Keolis helping to introduce new transportation options to cities and communities across North America. Keolis is a global transportation company that provides heavy rail, light-rail, bus, autonomous shuttles and taxis, car share, bike share, and sky tram service to 26 countries moving 3.5 billion people a year. Chris helped launch the first autonomous/electric shuttle operations on open roads in North America – in downtown Las Vegas and in Montreal. He’s also played a lead role in helping multiple US cities migrate their transit systems to electrified transit fleets with electric bus conversions in Southern California, Nevada and South Carolina.
Prior to Keolis, Chris held senior business leadership positions with multiple Fortune 50 companies. He served as the Global Director of Business Development and Communications for Honeywell Aerospace, Head of Public Sector Business Development, Communications and Marketing at Cisco and Senior Executive Manager for the Office of the President at Boeing. He’s also been a VP/SVP of business development and marketing for Text 100 Communications and Waggener Edstrom Worldwide.
Chris is a National Board Member for the Association for Commuter Transportation. He’s also a global keynote speaker on topics ranging from smart cities and new mobility services to cybersecurity, alternative energy options and advancements in artificial intelligence. He’s previously been a featured speaker at CES (Las Vegas), SXSW (Austin), RSA (San Francisco), CE Week (New York), A-Bace (Shanghai) and IAA (Frankfurt).
Rob Dyson

With more than 30 years of experience in the Information Technology field, Rob Dyson has held technical and leadership positions while providing IT services for many companies within multiple industries. Rob is currently the Global OT/IoT Security Services Leader for IBM. He is responsible for building, operating, and maturing IBM’s OT/IoT security business to help companies mitigate their OT & IoT cyber risks.
Prior to this role, Rob served as the Global SSRC (Security, Strategy, Risk & Compliance) Competency Leader whereby he was responsible for developing unique and relevant solutions to assist clients in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of its information security program. This includes designing solutions to establish relevant information security strategies, comprehensive IT governance processes, redesigning security organizations, effective security policy management and governance processes, and compliance with leading security standards, frameworks and regulations.
In addition, Rob has been at the forefront of delivering leading IT GRC solutions based on market-leading IT GRC applications such as OpenPages ITG, RSA Archer, and SAP GRC.
Bill Fisher

Bill is a retired Deloitte Consulting Senior Partner, with over 37 years of strategy and operations consulting experience for many of the firm’s foremost multinational clients. In addition, Bill served as the global alliance leader for SAS Advanced Analytics and led the conceptual design team for Deloitte University, the firm’s premier leadership development center.
After Sept 11th, Bill was appointed the leader of the firm’s Global Crisis Management Team, responsible for coordinating activities of the Assessment and Response Teams of Crisis and Functional Specialists within the Firm, as well as third-party resources for:
- Communications – Communications & Training; Public Media Strategy; External
Communications; Internal Communications - Financial Management – Disaster-related financial data capture; Financial Distress; Gain and Loss Analysis; Tax Compliance

In retirement, Bill is serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Climb for Cancer Foundation, associated with the University of Florida Shand’s Hospital Children’s Cancer Center. Bill has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from St Michael’s College in Winooski, VT; and completed the Executive Education Program in Business Strategy at The Wharton School.
Mark Ford

Mark recently retired from Deloitte as the US Industry Sector Leader for Higher Education in Deloitte’s Risk and Financial Advisory Services business.
Mark’s experience in risk consulting services and the information protection consulting profession goes back more than 24 years. Before consulting, Mark served as an officer in the U.S. Army Military Intelligence Corps.
The hallmark of Mark’s success in the Big 4 professional services firms was his drive to establish and grow new businesses. Accordingly, Mark was a founder and leader of Deloitte’s Identity and Access Management practice, serving as the national and global leader for approximately 10 years.
In 2009 he was asked to build the firm’s cybersecurity team in healthcare, growing the healthcare vertical for 8 years. Mark’s healthcare consulting experience has included clients from all of the major sectors including Life Sciences, Health Plans and Health Care Providers. Mark’s experience includes serving many of the U.S. top Academic Medical Centers which served as a bridge for his role as the Firm’s risk services leader in the Higher Education industry, a relatively new industry vertical for the Firm.
Brian Kelly

An experienced leader and enterprise security expert with over 40 years in the public and private sectors. As former Chief Security Officer at Rackspace, Brian Kelly looked out for the safety and security of Rackers, facilities, infrastructure and data/information worldwide while also protecting over 300,000 customer organizations.
Brian joined Rackspace in October 2014 after more than three decades of leadership experience in security, special operations/intelligence, and business operations with the U.S. government, Department of Defense (DoD), and private sector. He previously led the Giuliani Advanced Security Center in New York and served as CEO of Defense, the first cyber threat intelligence provider for the private sector.
Brian was also selected for a prestigious Department of Defense fellowship in Washington, D.C. He later earned an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a MS from the Air Force Institute of Technology. In the Air Force, Brian rose to the rank of lieutenant colonel and managed highly sensitive operations around the globe. Brian often briefed senior US Officials, Heads of State, Ambassadors and the President of the United States. As a DoD Fellow, he advised the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Secretary of Defense, regarding information warfare strategy, concepts and warfighting doctrine and received a DoD Meritorious Service Medal.
Brian left the Air Force in 1995 and moved to San Antonio to lead business operations for Trident Data Systems, which provided support to the intelligence community and developed information warfare tactics, strategies and technologies. He later served as a partner (select) at Deloitte and Touche, president of Newbrook Technologies, and Executive Director of IT risk transformation for Ernst and Young.
In each role, he honed his skills in executive leadership, personnel, data and facility security, incident response, and forensic evidence collection. He has also worked closely with senior executives for leading companies in global financial services, technology, health care, and manufacturing.
Kelly Liu

Kelly is an accomplished demand marketing leader in the cybersecurity industry and has been working in various marketing roles in high tech for over 15 years. Currently, she works at Menlo Security as the Senior Director of Global Demand. Kelly’s responsibilities include generating marketing sourced pipelines, managing global integrated campaigns, lead generation programs, field marketing, and channel marketing. She also oversees the marketing operations function that includes the MarTech stack, demand funnel process, and analytics.
Kelly has successfully built the demand generation function from scratch for early startups and has led the global demand center at larger technology companies. As a board member for Secuvant™, her role is to provide marketing leadership and coaching to help the company adopt best-in-class marketing practices to achieve high ROI and predictable pipeline generation.
Kelly received her MBA in Marketing and Finance from Simon Business School, at the University of Rochester in 2002. She has extensive international work experience, lived and worked in China and Singapore for many years. Now she lives with her husband and two children in California.
